  1. A puller isn't actually needed. Lift the long part of the wiper arm up 90°, so it's sticking up in the air, then gently rock the mount back and forth while pulling up. The spring tension when the arm is laid on the glass makes it nearly impossible to pull the arms off by hand, but when the arms are sticking up into the air, there's no tension to hold the wiper arms onto the shafts and they come off easily. Figured that one out when I had to replace the front struts last summer, lol.

  2. 302 and 350 crate engines are popular (and are big sellers) because they fit into so many '50's, '60's and '70's cars which so many Baby Boomers are restoring. I just don't see Ford or Chevy marketing a small 4 cylinder crate engine which would only fit a handful of modern vehicles like our TC 's - They'd be lucky to sell a dozen of them per year Dave replaced his TC engine with a used $350 low mileage unit - I doubt he would have been interested in a brand new $3K engine, even if one was available Don

  3. yes...and I am psyched....runs like a new car ...my focus engine had 64,000 miles...its great...found it for $350 and installed for $600...almost thinking about buying a backup to have for next time...I think we are in the sweet spot time wise to still be able to find good low mile motors ...this will erode with time. Good luck
