  1. Not yet. It is designed for offshore sailboats so I hope my TC never sees those conditions.
  2. Finally getting around to showing my Lewmar port light in the rear panel. Cutting the vertical support out with a cut off wheel was fairly straight forward. I left the layer of dynamat and laid up three layers of luan in epoxy on top of that because there's some shape in there and a thicker piece of ply would have distorted the panel. I had to build a jig to push it into shape while the glue kicked. Then I glued in a sheet of plastic for finish before I took a deep breath and cut the hole.
  3. Ah. Two kits. Got it. But velcro?
  4. Wait. You say the hardboard panels but your picture shows where the glass goes? But yes I want a set. Rattle-canned mine. Meh.
  5. Me too. I was wondering if this might work. http://www.ebay.com/itm/261971051325 And for the rear panel, maybe something like this? http://www.mauripro.com/us/product/LEW393220220.html
  6. I know about the chicken tax wagon conversion but I don't think the back panels ever had glass on my cargo van. Unless they replace the whole panel. Who has a wagon? Is that back window full size?
  7. Has anyone put a window in the rear panel of a cargo van? Can I cut through that vertical support? The wagon version has a full window there doesn't it?
  8. Just some junk under there now but I'm planning on batteries on the passenger side. The space is accsesable from the drivers side slider, or if the passenger slider door skid plate is removed.
  9. Thanks Don, That is very helpful. I was thinking I could do this myself, until I came to the splicing part. This also solves my problem of how to run a wire to the battery combiner behind the passenger seat. Cool!
  10. I ordered the factory hitch from my dealer, but no wiring yet. I see in the manual there's a fuse in the cargo compartment fuse box for a trailer tow module but guess what? I don't have a cargo compartment fuse box on my 2015 LWB XLT Cargo Van! Does anyone know what I'm going to have to do to properly wire a trailer hitch? Thanks.
  11. Pardon DonShockley but what seat covers are those?
