Willie
Just a wild guess since you haven't had any other answers. Could be an alignment issue which has the tire rubbing on the fender liner at full steering extension.
mrtn
My squeaks came from the rear stabilizer bar bushings. Sounded like a century old leaf spring.
Nyvideo
I also started getting squeaks from the rear of mine. There were just at slow speeds going over a normal semi uneven road, into a driveway, etc. I have a 2012 XLT premium and only 5000 miles on it. The dealer lubed all teh bushings, and other things (don't have the sheet by me), and the problem is gone.
