Suspension Kits

Recommended Posts

I want to lower and put on 18" wheels. Where do I look for suspension kits ? I could have the suspension parts made but am too lazy to do all the work. Handling was spelled wrong in title. My Bad..

The Euros are putting in shorter sport focus front suspensions on. The only way to lower the rear is to cut and reweld the axle so that it is ABOVE the leaf springs, thus lowering the rear end a whoping 3". Looks good though. Check the pix on fordtransit.org. Unfortunately you'll be the guinea pig over here. I don't know of anyone who has done it over here besides the HR suspension company.

This Low?

Cute  it may be,but, practical it is not.The photo would make me believe that the suspension would have to be restricted so as not to hit the underside of the fender. :headscratch:I doubt the ride then would be too great. And, a pot holed city street or country road would make short work of the under side of the TC. Great show car though!:camera:My thought would be to go the other way for back road use :shift: and larger tires.
