zalienz
Hello, So I just purchased a 2017 Transit Connect Cargo Van with Sync 3 Nav. I formatted a (FAT32) USB 32GB memory stick with about 3600 mp3 audio files. I plugged it into the USB port and it plays just fine. I also synced my Windows Media Player playlists (.wpl) to the USB stick in the music folder. The system does not recognize the playlists. I then created a folder on the USB drive called "Playlists" and put all of my playlists in that folder instead and Sync 3 still does not recognize them. The owners manual doesn't say much about playlists. Anyone out there know why? Should I create playlists in another format to be recognized? Which format? Any help is welcomed. Thank you. mrtn
I think you need to use .m3u format playlist.
zalienz
Thank you mrtn. I found a post in another forum that details this out quite nicely. This is a long post, but scroll down a bit to "Setting Up Playlists". It's a bit geeky, but it worked. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=962767
