  1. Where did you get your trim rings? Did you also have the baby moon caps for the center of your wheels? I did a search on FleaBay, but I only found factory hubcaps. Is there a part number for the caps and rings I can use to speed up my search?
  2. Nice looking wheels! And not too expensive, either! I might just look into a set myself! Is there anything I need to know about offset or lug pattern? I'd probably stick with the stock size since my tires are brand new and have TONS of miles left on them. As for going to a larger size... Does that have any effect on the accuracy of the speedometer?
  3. Did you ever get the response you were looking for? I just purchased a 2010 TC and it came with sliding windows installed in the sliding doors. They're not as large as the factory windows, but they appear to be well made and installed professionally. They're tinted, too, for privacy. Let me know if you're still looking, admittedly not likely 3 years later, and I'll find out who makes them.
  4. I don't know if you're still checking in on this thread, but if you are, can you tell me where you got the plans and templets you mention? I just picked up a 2010 TC and and I'm eager to get started on my camping kit! Also, can you tell me about how long the project takes to build and install?
  5. I finally pulled the trigger on a TC! I've been agonizing for months over whether or not to get one after reading mixed reviews, but figured it was now or never, espially since they've discontinued the high roof design that attracted me to the model in the first place. I'm not getting any yonger and I don't want to look back on this oportunity with regret for having waiting too long or not doing it at all. I've been driving the same, super-relaible but aging, '97 Civic for the last 17 years, but now I want something I can car-camp in, and there's just no room for a 6'4" guy to sleep in a Honda. I think I can just squeeze into the TC, though. My plan is to build and install a camper/"Weekender" kit in it and use it for some much needed relaxation on my days off from work. I can't wait to take it up to Yosemite so I can wake up in the morning and open my sliding doors to a view of El Capitan in my "front yard". That's been the dream for some time now. Now I see a light at the end of the tunnel, as they say. After reading numorous posts, I feel this will be a good site for answers to my many questions about this new vehicle of mine. Hopefully, in time, I can help answer a few questions, too. -T
