Looks great! You put a lot of thought into the electrics for sure. Nice useable space too.

I wish I could take credit for the headliner, but that's the original as installed by Ford. Would like to see what you have come up with. Let's see some pics.

The TC seems to handle the snow pretty well, even with the stock tires. The traction control certainly wont let you spin the tires even if you want. I might get some proper snow tires next winter though. I've been really happy with the camper layout. I've thought about trying to build a few kits to sell but I'm not sure there is enough interest here. Plus Ford went and changed the vehicle design without consulting me .

Go for it! I had a great time designing and building mine. I built a new interior for a 1972 VW camper about 10 years ago for a friend and had been waiting for a modern vehicle to convert for myself ever since. I wanted a small camper that could also be my daily driver and could serve as a base camp for MTBing and hiking trips. Check out this builder in the UK called Amdro Alternative Camper. His facebook page is pretty good.

Thanks. The two boxes in the back are bolted to the floor and wall in existing threaded holes in the body work. The front box is just sitting on some anti-slip mat. Seems to stay put (unless I flip the van of course). The cushions I made myself. I had a steep learning curve with the sewing machine.

That looks pretty cool. And I'm digging the side stripes..

No fans or anything like that but I have some mosquito netting for the front windows and the sliding door.

Hi Shelly, I came up with a design for my camper that is basically three units that can be removed. Two "boxes" that serve as benches that transform into a bed. The other unit contains the sink and a single burner marine alcohol stove. There is a photo in the gallery. I'll post more when I get the cushions made. I have half a mind to start a van conversion business.....

Interesting for sure, particularly if made to be low profile. I would have designed my camper a little different if I anticipated a poptop becoming available.

Does any know the thread size of the roof rack mounting holes?
