2010 Lights blowing fuse

Maybe a damaged wire touching the body. Trace the wires in the engine bay.

Was thinking of checking each wire at the headlight switch to ground, but didn’t have a wiring diagram to know which wire goes to what. Guess I’ll try to come up with a manual.

I am a huge fan of wiring diagrams, but you are looking for a bare wire so the diagram may not be very helpful. The diagram will show all the loads on the circuit and may help isolate parts of the sircuit. But I think you should start at the headlights and look for stray wire strands. Unplug the bulbs and measure the resistance between the terminals in the socket and look for a short (0 ohms).

thanks, but I was thinking of ohming  to ground on each wire on the head light switch or using a 12v bulb 12 v positive  on  one side and checking each headlight switch wire for a ground with the other side. I figured if I had a diagram I’d know which way to go.

Found that the small orange/black wire on headlight switch is shorting out. Couldn’t find anything. Gonna need a wiring diagram for the lights.
