My 2019 Connect doesn't remember any of the presets or text/ station logo I program, when i lock the van and leave for 10 minutes. I had 3 months, it worked great, then it just stopped remembering. Also, it keeps my mobile phone paired perfectly? It's getting very tedious. Any idea? PS. Don Ridley Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 Probably a bad radio unit (audio control module ACM). You should under warranty so have a dealer check it out. KenConnect Posted October 29, 2019 Author Share Posted October 29, 2019 I just noticed that the radio lost its presets/settings after 15 minutes, regardless of the vehicle not being locked. MattyD Posted September 26, 2020 Share Posted September 26, 2020 I’ve got the same issue with the DAB not storing. Did you manage to get yours fixed and if so what did you do?
