Moecamp
I have a 2010 connect and I’m having problems with the coolant reservoir. I’ve replaced it twice now because the cap keeps loosing up or pops up slightly because of the pressure. I can smell it inside of the van. Tonight I notice that there was a pretty big leak. It looks to be coming from the cap. And I can see the coolant bubbling in the reservoir. New cap and tank. As far as. Can tell the van isn’t over heating. No mixing of oil and coolant. And I travel over two hundred miles ever week. It it just seems like the cap isn’t holding pressure. But I’ve also tried a different cap. But if you tighten it up it mess up the threads and you need a new tank. Many help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Moecamp
Edit* just check and cap was completely loose it’s like the pressure is loosening the cap up and causing it to leak. This is an “aftermarket” tank from Oreilly’s
Fifty150
I would go back to O'Reilly's. Since the tank & cap are new, there should be some sort of warranty.
