Marty72
Hi folks, new to this forum and new to the Connect van. I had a stunning old X plate escort van for a few years that had only done a genuine 62,00mls but unfortunately needed a van with a side loading door ? So I've now bought a 53plate connect Toureo which is so much more comfortable then the escort. Having a few small issues with van which all seem to revolve around the speedo unit. Firstly I can't seem to adjust the time or reset the the trip mileage secondly when I turn the van off the speedo lights remain on dull for between 5-20 mins. Any ideas would be graciously received. Thanks Martin Edited October 28, 2015 by Marty72
mrtn
You may need to have it fixed. There are numerous problems with the speedo cluster in diesel models due to vibration. Mine had rattled the power connector pin off the board.
103west43rd
Hello Marty72. If I remember the UK shorthand of describing the year of the vehicle, you should have a late 2003 model. That is older than mine, BUT, I had a similar problem with the time and trip odometer. It turned out to be the factory radio. My Ford dealer reprogramed it to solve the issue.
