woop21
I have a 2011 cargo van, and it only has 2 front seats in it. I was thinking of removing the co-pilot seat in order to make it easier to get in to the back of the van. I have read if you remove the seat, some airbag sensors will complain, or something like that. Is it fairly straightforward to remove the seat? I didn't want to screw anything up. I already have a low-tire light that wont go off.
vannieboy
Hi I'm Mikel (vannieboy) Have you had any luck with removing the passenger seat and keeping the air bag system operational. I'd like to place my folding bike in it's place/there.818-429-8875 Thank You
Fifty150
Unbolt your seat. Unplug the harness on the bottom of the seat. Remove the seat. You should be fine. As for your TPMS, that is another conversation. Put the correct air into your tires. Follow your owners manual to reset the TPMS. Have the sensors replaced if needed.
