JohnCB
Hey guys i have a 2017 Transit connect and the water keeps filling up on my passenger floor board from the AC drain. I know its definitely not from a rain leak cause it fills up twice a week during summer and never when it rains. I have been pumping it out with a small transfer pump and already had the AC drain line cleared out once which didn't work for long. Has anyone ever taken the panels off and looked into this? I have searched you tube and have not found any videos on how to do this. I am hoping i can do this myself before spring and summer. Obviously i haven't had to do it much during winter. Don Ridley
There is a drain in the box that holds the heater core and evaporator. I think you can access it from the passenger footwell by removing the side cover. Here is PDF showing the cover. Access will be difficult. evaporator.pdf Edited February 2 by Don Ridley
