Ste92
Evenin' all, I recently became the proud (I think?) owner of a 2009 Tourneo Connect, as a daily driver/dog van/camper/motorbike hauler. It does everything I need it to and I'm fairly happy with it, despite the few gremlins it seems to be displaying. I put a set of alloy wheels on it the other day and the offset is different, so they sit out a bit more, which has made it glaringly obvious that one rear wheel sits further out than the other. There's no adjustment on the rear of these vans I don't think, is there? So am I right to presume bent stub axle or some other catastrophic issue? I'm really annoyed, hoping it's fixable?? I'll try and upload some images tomorrow for clarity. Any and all constructive input much appreciated, Many thanks in advance Ste
mrtn
What if one of the wheels is not standard but of a different offset.
Ste92
Hi. I did think this but have checked the alloys and they're all definitely a matched set. Most peculiar. I've since seen a hi-roof LWB the same as mine with alloys, parked up near my house, so I've been out on foot and eyeballed it, and theirs is exactly the same! Most peculiar but a certain amount of comfort taken from the first other one I've seen exhibiting the same symptoms...
