Chococar
In our 2022, the airbag turns back on shortly after recognizing child seat. Argh. Any suggestions for keeping it off when my grandson is riding there? (There is no back seat) Thanks, Joe
Don Ridley
The sensor in the front seat is supposed to be able to determine when a child seat has been installed and this will disable the airbag. There is not a button that will manually turn off the airbag. Maybe check the child seat installation. The seat has a bladder that senses weight. Phil0110
You can off it, but it's very dangerous.
