Getting close to tire replacement time on 2020 XLT wagon. Hoping for something quieter than original with good wear. Snow not important as I live in Florida. Any suggestions?

My 2020 does that. It's the torque converter unlocking. -
2020 XLT. Great van. Does what I need it to do. Haul my bicycle. Carry people. Driven conservatively, I see 29 to 32 mpg, highway. Really hate to see Ford discontinue these. Only a couple of issues. Windshield leaked. Problem with rear wiper. Yes they are noisy. Yes could use a little more power but it's adequate. I have 29,000 miles.

I'm reading this as ...protecting the engine for 15 years and 500,000 miles.....when changed at regular intervals.

I have 2020 very similar. About 20k miles. Only problems...the windshield leaked. Rear wiper arm self destructed. I like the van. Drives great. 30mpg. I carry my bicycle and use it for vacations.

That is a nice set up. For me I needed to keep seating for 4 and carry bike at the same time. On my road bike, removing the front wheel is super easy. Disk brakes and a thru axle make it simple.

Mounting working great. Took seat back off to mount fork mount securely.

My 2020 XLT has a defeat button for the start/stop. I have the 2.0 and it could use more power but the fuel mileage is great. I'm getting over 30 on almost every tank. But that's about 90% highway. I have 10k on the odometer. The seats are very comfortable to me. I would put them at the top of any I have ever owned. I use the van to carry my road bike to trails mostly. Very happy with it

I wanted Silver also. Ended up finding my 2020 XLT local but with 2500 miles at a dealer. -
New owner here. Loving the versatility of this van. And the fuel milage. Great for hauling my cycle. Amazed how well these vans handle. Great vision out front. A little noisy on some roads. Any suggestions on that will be appreciated. See ya on the road.
