Does anyone know where to buy a replacement window crank?? I was helping a buddy do a killer setup in his transit van today and he broke the passenger window crank and it will no longer stay on by itself and I dont want to epoxy it on since I am sure at some point I will want to remove the door again for when we decide to upgrade to a different set of speakers...I put a good set of comps in already and we are going to fiberglass a single 8" sub into each of the back sliding doors sometime soon as well as placing 1 amp per sub and 1 amp for the interior speakers I REALLY think that dual 8's in this wan will sound great and should give great imaging, those along with the eclipse 34 way comp' s we put up front and maybe a set of horn loaded compression drivers underneath the dash...This van/thing is gonna be rockin LOL

Hey guy's, I was helping a buddy do front speakers in his ford transit van today "I think it is a 2008" Well the driving side crank came off no problem "NO THANKS TO THOSE STUPID CLIPS", However the passenger one did NOT go as planned and it appears the 2 tabs that hold the window crank on to the metal spline and then lock in to the 2 grooves have either bent or broken off on the inside somehow Anywanys now we are trying to order a new window drank for the inside of the door but I am have NO LUCK finding them anywhere online...I am sure it doesnt help that I am most likely not searching for the proper piece/name but if ANYONE could help me find that piece I would be very grateful for it...Even if you could just direct me to the website as to where to order them or a least what I should be searching for I would really appreciate it I tried searching "transit window crank, transit window handle,transit window lever" amongst at least 9=10 other terms Please please please help me find the name/place to order the part FWIW the part I need is a bluish color "could be a funky dark grey" and it attatches to the metal geared spline to allow the window to move up and down "the manual window crank LOL" EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH ME "just put ford transit in the header" If you need my cell phone just email me and I will GLADLY give you my cell phone number in order to talk about which part I need as I need it by friday as I am doing a TON more work to the van such as fiberglassing "2" 8" subwoofers into each side sliding door "1" in each door" as well as putting 3 amp's in the van "1 for each sub and 1 amp for the mids/highs" and I am also putting in a double din tv svtreen into the dashboard and would like to have everything working the way it should be I will take pictures of everything when I am done fwiw Thank you Mike G
