I bought my Transit Connect a few months back. I never received a keycode to open the driver side door. The salespeople and mechanics have been no help. Does anyone know how to retrieve the code? You would think the manufacturer would have the ability to do this? Thanks

HI, I bought a Transit Connect 2015 10 passenger medium roof. My vehicle was never equipped with a door key code.I have been dealing with a sales person and his team for the past 6 months, none of them can help me out. I brought the van to another dealership in San Francisco, they couldn't retrieve it. Does anyone know how I can get the code to open up my driver side door. Anything helps. Thanks
