The speaker wires in the doors are a baby blue and white. I am assuming that white is positive and I think I read that some one tested that with a battery. Just wanted to see if anyone else could confirm that. Second question. The stereo I am installing has the ability to connect to the steering wheel control unit. Does anyone know what wire that is on the factory harness? I have read mixed information. Some people say you will need an adapter, others say you can tap into a single wire. Has anyone done this? If I can't figure it out, not a big deal. I will post install pics when I finish hopefully tomorrow. Thanks! The white is marked positive. The steering wheel control unit uses two wires on the 2010, white/black and brown/yellow. Hope that helps. Installed a Kenwood headunit last weekend in my 2007 transit connect and a pair of spekers. I have the same colour speaker wires and have also used white as positive but I am not 100% sure this is correct, did you confirm this?? (you can buy a speaker adaptor lead so you do not need to cut the existing one but mine came wrong and I could't wait) As for the steering wheel interface i used this adaptor , plus an extra lead specific to your head unit's make, works like a charm!
