bdgayman
Good Morning. I'm very involved in converting the Transit Connect to a Refrigerated Vehicle in the United States. Curious if there are others out there who are doing the same, or are interested in using a Refrigerated Transit Connect for their business? I have a company in Indiana that is insulating part of the rear area with a roof mount Thermo King unit. we will be displaying it at the Catering Show in Vegas in March. I'm interested in learning more. What model refrigeration unit will you be using? I'm being told that the compressor mount is not available for the Transit Connect? Do you make your own mount kit? Runs off alternator so there is no under hood mount needed. Has a plug in available to cool it down when vehicle not running. If you go to their website www.thermoking.com and look under products for small vehicles, you can download a brochure.
