goshanego
As I was working on our camper modules I discovered this product called the Tail Veil tent. Seemed like a great idea for ventilation and extra tailgating room for our micro-camper. Not a great picture but just to get you all thinking. Inside I have a tent pole between the doors. There is a perfect spot to put a small shock corded pole inserted into a little hole (where there is a rubber grommet) in the upper corner of the rear doors to help support the tent in the middle. ecore8
That looks pretty good. How do you feel it could handle some rain?
goshanego
I did by the optional rain fly as part of the screen tent, but I question how well it would work with the way it fits on the back of the van. These were designed for the hatch style vehicles that are a touch shorter so I am guessing this application will not be as weather proof. My hope is that is will be mostly bug free for warm day time hanging out during bug season.
