2012 Transit Connect - HVAC Air Inlet Door Not Moving

As the title says the inlet door for fresh air or re circulation isn't moving on my HVAC system. I removed the glove box and saw the door 3/4 the way closed when the recirc button was on. I checked because I could smell diesel truck exhaust a when stopped at a light (not from me obviously) even though I had recirc on. Turning off the recirc didn't change anything. I can hear the motor run but the door doesn't move. I managed to move the door both directions with my finger but still doesn't move from any position when the button is pressed. I can see the motor mounted to the left of the blower box, but it doesn't look like it would be easily removed. Looking online I can't seem to find any diagrams or instructions on how to remove or repair the motor or driveshaft to the door online. All I found was generic ford blend door motor issues on other ford models.

Anyone have any diagrams, instructions or advice on how to fix? TIA
