  1. Found the drain tube. Pain in the a$$ but got it cleared. All test indicate the condenser is leaking. Pulled out the 134, Changed the condenser ($100.00). Pulled a vacuum. Recharged and all is good. Lady who owns the Flower shop doesn't want it back so I have a nice project van! Original shop estimate was $2500.00+! They should be locked up.
  2. Thanks for the reply. AC last about a week. I put in the UV dye and the condenser glows. The shop that diagnosed the leak for the previous owner tried told them the evap box also needed to be replaced because of the leak. I've had some limited auto AC experience and it sounded like the shop was trying to take advantage of the woman who owned the van. I would like to make the repair and offer to return the van to the woman who owns the flower shop. I plan to have the system vacuumed down, replace the condenser and have the system leak checked and charged. For life of me a can't see the exit for the drain hose to clean it out. Where do I find it?
  3. I've inherited a 2014 transit connect from a flower shop delivery service. The AC has a slow leak identified at the condenser with dye (easy fix) and it is dripping water into the interior when the AC is on. A shop local to me says it needs a new Evap core assembly at $550.00 + many hours of labor! No water pools under the van when the AC is on so I think the problem is simply a clogged drain hose. I can't find where the drain hose would exit to check it. Any help or a link to a video would be greatly appreciated.
