  1. Ford sure seems to keep info hidden well about this storage area. Did those of you that have this part have it installed at the dealer when you purchased the TC? Or, or it as an accessory with a new car purchase? When the doors to the storage bin are open, what are the dimensions of the openings? Did anyone install lights inside?
  2. You've probably gotten an answer to your question by now....but, that's the recovery tow hook. Usually stored back with the jack. There should be a small section of front and rear bumper (2 or 3 inches in area) that is removable and the hook will screw in usually counter clockwise. It's used to get you out of a ditch or to line up the car to pull you on a wrecker. Don't loose it, they aren't cheap.
  3. I just talked to Weather Tech about 2 weeks ago and they did not know when the rear windows would be made. They are supposed to contact me if and when they plan on producing them. I just bought a set of WT in-channel deflectors from ebay.
  4. This may have been covered by someone......... There is a mute(?) button inside a square on the left side of my NAV screen on my 2017 TCT. There is a icon of a speaker inside of it with a line running diagonally from top right to bottom left. The icon is grayed out........possibly indicating that the directional instructions have been muted. If you touch the square, the box turns blue but the diagonal line stays across the square. Whether gray or blue seems to make no difference to any function. It doesn't mute or un-mute anything. I took it to the dealer today and they were stumped as well. Any ideas?

Air Force vet, University vet, RETed here in Alabama. Had to drive over 100 miles to find our Connect Titanium. His name is...........(Does anyone else name their cars?) Indy. A play on adventure - GO, the color - Indigo blue , Indy-go or Indy. Yah, I know it's pretty corny. I'd like to know what accessories owners have installed, problems you've had and the fix. Good part vendors for Ford parts or accessories. Brad
