I had the same issue with 2 ford transit connected at dealership. They found the found problem with the pull handle latch broke and they mange to fix it.

I just brought my 2014 as a family hauler. I haven't tried to drive yet because the dealer need to fix the middle seat its jammed.

Thanks, I do have a question about the second row seats. Every on I tested so far had issue where the second seat was jammed unable to unfold. I was told the the seat is on recall, I just brought 2014 xlt at Hines Park Ford 56558 Pontiac Trail, New Hudson, MI 48165. The seat was also jammed, the dealership told me that its not on recall and I would be charged for repair. Can you tell me if they are on recall? Thanks Howard
