I bought my Transit Connect with a full wrap as part of the package deal. I spent almost a month designing it w/Original Wraps. They are the company that now has several websites for designing and ordering wraps for many vehicles. They currently have a contract w/Ford http://www.fordcommercialgraphics.com/ . It seemed like a great idea. Right? Well, it has been one of the biggest pains in my ass. They have done it 3 times now and it is still wrong. The first install was on July 23. The installer lost my antenna and actually broke the stub that the antenna goes into. I still have no radio. The company has switched me from one customer service guy to the next with big promises each time. But so far, they can't seem to deliver. I paid for this right up front. $3449.00. Now I have a New Transit that feels like an old piece of crap because there is glue residue all over it and graphics on the rear doors and hood only. I have a small business and this makes my company look way less than professional. I have already talked to an attorney about the matter and he is ready to take the case. The Ford dealership where I made the purchase, Jarrett-Gordon in Winter Haven, FL has plans to get a Transit wrapped but is apprehensive about using this company. Can you beleive this? The company that Ford has chosen for such a large contract has NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL. They are a joke. A Ford dealership won't won't even use the company that Ford has for commercial wraps. Tom Stemple is the CEO and he actually emailed me with promises of this and that. Well Tom, all I have been hearing is a lot of talk and that about sums it up. I had plans of wrapping our other work vehicles with these guys but not now. NO WAY IN HELL. Beware of this these guys and their products.

Does anyone know what the bolt pattern size is? I have been looking for some cooler wheels for my TC and all of the websites are selling these 20" new style wheels that are just too much for me. I'm not into that kid stuff. I like vintage style wheels, but I can't seem to fine the right size. Surely there is some manufacturer that will make a wheel to fit a TC. Any help would be appreciated.

Terrible Sound of the XLT sound system

Roland, Thank you so much. I will be taking your advice and getting the Alpine SPR13Cs and an amp and sub. A friend of mine has suggested a similar set-up, but with your advice I feel like I really have the facts now. I can't wait to get them installed. Shannon -

Thanks for the info. I will read that thread totally. I see that many people have replaced the door speakears w/Alpine 5 1/4 SPS 500 and SPR 13C. I am putting in a steel bulkhead, so aside from replacing the door speakers, would you suggest an amp and a sub? Or maybe a powered sub and let the factory stereo power the door speakers? I just want a clear sound that I can crank up w/no distortion. Thanks again for the info. Shannon -

I bought my TC Cargo XLTyesterday (June 23, 2010) and I love it except for ONE THING. The AWFUL SOUND of the system. I am putting in a steel bulkhead behind the seats within the next 2 weeks. I have consulted a local audio place and they told me this: I need at least a 2 channel amp, larger door speakers, and a couple of tweeters. All I want is a nice sounding system with a full range of highs, mids, and lows that I can crank up. I'm not looking for a LOUD booming sound that will tick off everyone around me. I hate distortion. If anyone has advice, I will greatly appreciate it. This is the worst sounding factory system that I have ever heard.
