Changing antenna and based on 2013 Ford Fiesta

I need to replace my antenna base on my 2013 Ford Fiesta. The antenna snapped off and the bolt is sheared off in the base. It cannot be drilled out. I do not want to pay the garage to do the work that I am sure I can do myself but I am looking for some helpful instructions. Anybody know where to find the "how to" instructions on this? Thanks in advance for your help!
