Lots of videos around. Most are for attaching to plywood but there are a few for attaching to metal wall/flooring. Saw a really good youtube video (just last week) of a guy attacking to metal flooring but can't find it now. Here's one to get you started. They address mounting to both metal & wood. Search around for more. As I said, there are a lot of videos. Also search for L Track and A Track.
