Just purchased 2015 connect for ny electronics/electrical company and do not like this feature. I think I know of a way around it without reprogramming ECU or body control module. Ive read that flashing the blinker forward turns them off. I believe thats the high beam switch. So if thats the case if you were to wire in either a Normally open time relay or programed relay on constant power thats programmed ir set to "X" amount of time thats wired in paralell to highbeam relay which semds 12v+ or 12v- (probably ground) to the highbeam relay it should be as if you did it manually and shut off headlights, front/back running lights, and cab lights. The 5rear cargo light could be remedied with in series switch. Im not certain because I have a lot to do before ilI can get to it but will probably be wiring as such as its already bothering and ive only had it a week. If anyone has a better option or can validate or discredit this remedyplease do so as ill be trying this myself.
