    pics of van

a few pics this is the model before yours
  4. we've had the connect since 02 and many have done over 200,000mls,don't appear to have rust problems just usual clutch, electical gremlins and the normal mechanical faults all vans get, remember 95% of ours are diesels(1.8 tdci) B) more economical and reliable and they can shift . word is out that a new model is due in 2011,time will tell
  5. hi fellas, want to know more about transit connects B) try our uk forum, already got some us members, give it a try
  6. ford use the MXT75 gearbox in connects here in UK,put this with the 110bhp t.d.c.i. engine then remap it to 135 bhp

    hello usa

    B) hi folks, found this site and thought i'd see how you're doing with the connect !, i'm running a 2007 1.8 tdci 110 bhp, swb,had the van remapped to 135 bhp, also had it decatted and s/s exhaust with twin tailpipe which should boost it even a bit more, took it on a 0-60 sprint at silverstone this year and it managed 9.8 secs(before decat),ford say it takes 13.3 secs so it was good.Enough about me, i think you only have a 2.0 petrol one over there at the moment so whats it like, our new model i think has many differences to yours. Let me know what you think. B)
