  1. Did you find anything? I'm very interested in your van's setup. I also plan on using mine with a dog business.
  2. I imagine you got a model for the wrong year. I initially got a 2010 model for my 2011 and the fitment was very off. Once I sorted the year out and got the right model the fitment is near perfect.
  3. I'm interested in hearing about anything you come up with. Please post back with any information you find.
  4. I've had the rug for a while now and I don't see any signs of wear. I don't do a lot that would wear it out though. My dog has his crate back there and gets in and out almost daily and it's been holding up great. So far I don't have a single complaint about it. Edit: typo correction
  5. Do you happen to have a link or part number? Thank you
  6. Check out this post in a camper conversion thread. I've camped in mine using an air mattress, it worked great but I do like the idea of a cot.
  7. The TC does 85 just fine. People who say that it won't are seriously deluded. I do 85 on the highway almost every day.
  8. Let us know if they are any different that what I posted. Thanks.
  9. Here is the dirty drivers side. And the much less dirty passenger side.
  10. I have them in my Transit. They seem to fit well. I've only had them for 1 month so I can comment on durability. The reviews online for Husky liners seem positive.
  11. Welcome...see my response in interior section.
  12. I have installed a VanRug by BedRug. It's a carpet like surface made of plastic. It's backed with a closed cell foam that fills in the bumps. They also make a VanTred that I think is more like the factory floor. The floor is smooth and it's easy to slide things in and out. I can still feel the bumps under the rug if I'm crawling around in the back but it's is by no means uncomfortable. Here is a link to the 2010 models: BedRug The 2011 rug model is slightly different and numbered VRTC11 instead of VRTC10. So if you decide to go with a BedRug product make sure you order the right model for the year.

No problem at all. Took just a few minutes and I figured the photos would be more descriptive than just words.

I took some measurements and pictures for you. These are from a 2011 model. Passenger seat all the way forward: Amount of useable space behind seat: Full measurement of bed including the 10" of extra space:
  15. I bought a 2010 version (model# VRTC10) for a 2011 by mistake. Turns out there is a slight difference in the cargo floor between models and I'll need to send it back and get the right model (VRTC11). There is no trim around the mat behind the seats like it shows in this 2010 brochure. Other than that it looked very nice and comfortable when I had it all laid out inside and I can't wait to get the right version. Just wanted to share this info in case others are considering this product, make sure you get the right model even if a website tells you it's fit.

  17. Hi, my name is Jason and I recently purchased a silver 2011 XLT van to use as my daily driver and transportation for my dog care business I am starting. I've had it for almost a week and so far I like it a lot. It's very easy to drive and I just love all the space in the back. Although it is hard to get used to barely being able to touch the roof while seated. I'll be using the van this weekend for a camping trip where I plan to sleep in it with an air mattress. I plan on adding a Bedrug Vanrug to the back, I ordered one for a 2010 by mistake and it turns out there is a small difference to the cargo floor between models and it doesn't fit as it should behind the seats. I'm kicking myself for ordering the wrong model because I really liked how it made the floor flat and comfortable to kneel on. I used to own a Subaru WRX and was a frequent visitor to a forum dedicated to them, they have almost 100k members so I'm used to a forum with a little more action than this one but this place looks like the largest gathering of TC owners this side of the pond. :P I've already read almost every post here and have absorbed a lot of info, I hope everyone continues to share what they are doing and what they are learning. Cheers!
