I report that I have successfully found the interface unit. It should arrive soon. All in all, I've spent around 60€ in total on all components so far. AP800's are not available anymore. The current model for this car would be the AP900Ci. Those go for around 350-400€ The effort and time I've put into this so far, is well worth it given how much money I'm saving. I really can't complain I might document the installation here, once I have time for it. Maybe. Of course, I first need to figure out the wiring 😄

Thank you for these plentiful details. These hopefully will help me along. I received the unit from mail and can confirm it is actually an AP800 model. This unit works by getting a speed signal from the VSS sensor, which is located on the gearbox (rather than by CAN). So all I need is the wiring loom, which I could recreate, but I have not found any information on where each wire terminates on the connector that connects to the control unit. I also have no idea how to connect the stalk wiring. The stalk has a connector of its own, and I believe that is connected to a connector on the wiring harness.

Hi. I just scored a control module and stalk for a 1.8tcdi cruise control, sold by Conrad Anderson (Lite-On AP900). It's from a wrecker. Sadly, they're unwilling to look for the other components for me and they're selling only what can be found from their webstore. Conrad Anderson on the other hand is not responding to my emails and I can't find any car specific documentation for this. So what I've found are the control module and the switch stalk. Besides wiring, I don't know what other components I might be missing. Does anyone have an installation instruction booklet or a wiring diagram? Has anyone installed one of these to their van? Does anybody have one of these installed to their van? Anybody willing to help me piece this kit together? I basicly have to make all of the wiring myself. Please help, if you can.
