I am new here. Am I responding to you in the right format? Here goes. Luke, my name is James. I am 74 (is that possible?). I live in OKC, That's Oklahoma City, OK, to the rest of the world. I am located in the middle of the state of Oklahoma, USA. I just bought a 2010 Transit and I am shocked by the absolute lack of amenities, like electric door locks and windows. The dealer said they were luxury items. They have been standard equipment on automobiles for fifty years. I'll get used to it. I hope. It is very commodious inside. I plan to use is as a mini RV for road trips. If you do car electronics, you may be able to tell me how to lock myself in the van for overnight rest stops. But then again, nothing on the van is electronic. so maybe not. I am thinking about trading up. Would you advise it?
I was in the UK several years ago. Delightful place compared to the rest of my European tour. The French just don't like Americans, but the English seemed to enjoy us. I remember standing on a London street corner comparing accents with a Londoner. Delightful. We tried mimicking each other and had a very good time doing it. I'll always remember it with pleasure.
