    Same as the front, the rear door lock actuators go bad too ? You might try opening up actuator to see if any of the teeth on the small gears inside are damaged. Cheaper to fix the plastic gears than replace the whole part.

    jdob, thanks for the info That's pretty much what I figured. All the ones I've seen are from Europe too.

    I should clarify it's drivers side door. So I'm also doing it to get the door lock actuator from the wrecked TC to fix my door lock gremlin.

    So I'm looking to swap my dented door for a non dented door. There's one at a wrecking yard for $200, but it has the manual roll up windows. My TC has power windows. How much work is involved to get the new door fitted with the motor and stuff from my old door? What about the wiring?

    --- jdob, I see that are you located in the USA (so am I). I tried searching for that specific C Max steering wheel, but it appears to only sold on European vehicles. Did you buy yours on ebay/internet and have it shipped over or am I missing something and can you find them in the States?
