I have a 2013 Ford transit connect xlt passenger van. The two sliding side Doors have a fixed pane. I want to change them to windows that open. I can find them for 2014 and beyond, but I haven’t been successful finding anything for 2013. I’d be happy to have it fabricated if that’s what it takes, but I haven’t been able to find anyone to do that. Located in Maine, but I do travel, east coast...I’ve checked junkyards, eBay, HEHR, CR Laurence, AMA, and no one has anything or will make anything for 2013. Help? These pictures are of the outside and inside of one of the sliding doors. The windows look black because I used some of that water cling decal to block it out on the inside. Which works out amazingly by the way.

Leak rear roof brake light hood 2013
Jenni Driver replied to Jenni Driver's topic in Exterior Parts & Panels
Yes, sorry, that was a bad typo. Yikes. Yes, i used some silicone caulk and it worked so far. What I’d really like to do is to remove that upper light and put in a max air fan -
help? I’m traveling for another few weeks, and my rear roof brake light hood is slightly askew on one side. Water has started to leak inside under the headliner right by the back doors. 1. How to resolve? Do i need to buy a wholenew hood? Should I just try and silicone some cock underneath there until I get home? Considering putting a fan up in there, for air circulation. 2. Has anyone done that with the fan? thanks. i’m 3,000 miles from home.. ?

2013 TC XLT rear barn door panel modification
Jenni Driver replied to Jenni Driver's topic in Accessories and Modifications
To clarify, i was considering putting blueboard wrapped in reflectex, inside the panel wall, simply because i have some of it ....and also, the holes molded in the metal and somewhat flexible, the metal on the door does not seem particularly strong. -
Hi everyone, I am considering how to modify this door to insulate and also have a lift lock in place shelf i can do my cooking on. Yes i have a heat shield to deflect heat from the door panel. Has anyone done this, and have best advice? The clip holes on the metal are not terribly strong, i would have to maybe build a mounting frame to the existing holes, and maybe hinge a shelf, maybe magnetize it to keep it down against the door when not in use. Maybe also insulate the panel underneath? Help...having trouble getting started...
