2010 TC egr fault code (p0403)

I have a 2010 TC that I am having issues fixing an EGR related code(p0403) I have replaced the EGR valve with a new one from advance and the MIL was off for one day and has come back.All wiring looks ok as well as the plug,Does anyone have a pinout or diagram of what voltages should be present on the connector? Also has anyone else had this issue before?1 point
