New Gas Cap!!! Had problems like others have described. My TC is still under warranty. Had battery problem and while at the dealer mentioned the gas cap issue. Needed a new battery and they did replace the gas cap with what looks to be a different design from the original cap. Hope this solves the problem or at least is less of a problem.
