601mark Posted December 28, 2021 Share Posted December 28, 2021 I had a hell of a time figuring out a way to properly angle the new radio. Since I don't drive it for several days in a row, I found the 4.1" display was draining my battery. My new radio had a backup camera so I didn't need the 4.1" display. I laid it inside the cavity, but always found it was warm to the touch even if the van hadn't been on for some time. That meant it was always drawing power. Problem is that it's needed to turn on the "radio +12V" signal in the wiring harness. Here's a link to the Youtube video (12 minutes) about how I fixed it.
