jmarino Posted April 29, 2012 Share Posted April 29, 2012 How do I replace the cigarette lighter and aux port in my tranist connect. The aux port is dead and I relaced the fuse. 103west43rd Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 The panel the lighter and aux port are mounted in is called the "Selector lever trim panel". It is the panel that surrounds the shift lever. You will need to lift up the rear(the edge toward the hand brake)of the panel to release the clips. Once the rear is released, pull the panel towards you to release the front clips (behind the lighter and ventilation control).
