Off a 2014 Transit Connect Van No glass included, it has a little dent on the bottom right hand side but can be fixed by your body shop before paint. I bought it at a auto recycling parts store for $650.I would take $500 OBO, I found another door with tinted glass included so I don't longer need this one. Also selling both back door tinted glass windows, wipers, lock hardware, call for pricing 2816527572 I'm in Houston, TX so local pickup would be better but I don't mind shipping.
