The HVAC module is showing up in the diagnostic tool as not communicating and the drive mode is not allowing it to be switched either. There is no power at all to the HVAC system. We are disappointed with Ford as we have taken it to them and they have charged us three hours to let us know They have not been able to diagnose the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
