23 Connect Posted March 19, 2023 Share Posted March 19, 2023 Hello Forum, Just purchased my newly ordered 23 Transit Connect Titanium, It seems that when I tried to connect and use My Ford Pass I keep getting a connectivity settings error, so i'm looking through my settings and there is no connectivity setting there. To make a long story short I took it to the dealership and told them I can't get my Ford Pass to work, at the end of the day they said your TCU is missing and we'll have to order one and we have no idea when it will be coming in, WoW, it sure would have been nice if the sales agent told me that, that a component is missing from your vehicle when I picked it up. I'm sure the manufacture sends out lists to the dealerships that curtain items will be missing from some vehicles and when they become available we will send out notices. If only the Agent told me, I wouldn't have been wasting my time calling people and trying to get this Ford Pass to work. This Transceiver part number is (NT1Z14G229A) this is only for the 23 Transit Connect Titanium vehicles. Another way to tell if the Transceiver is missing is to look in you settings and under software versions, you should see a Modern listed along with the serial number if it's not there then you won't be able to use your Ford Pass. 23 Connect Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
