There are plenty of them with higher miles on the clock out there still running. Staying on top of matenence is key. Anything can break down, or have trouble. Anything, but if you do your best to put the odds in your favor you will have a better chance. I have 175k on my 11 TCXLT. The majority of the miles are from prior owners, but I plan to keep my TC and squeeze everything I can out of her. In the future I may get a newer model, but I don't plan on it anytime soon.
