I'm trying to help a friend troubleshoot repair a 2011 e-Transit Connect he bought used. He has run it for a year or so, but recently it fails to charge. There is power at the plug, but nothing makes it into the traction pack. I have built/converted several EVs, but do not have any shop manual to help locate and access key components, schematics, or even specs on what the pack voltage *should* be. If anyone has a shop manual .pdf ????
