Thank you for the replys, the fuse box location is situated under the bonnet and the fuse in place, what makes it worse you have to take the fuse box out of the vehicle to even check the fuses, if the fuse is in place and the wires are in the back Ford have done something in between, if it means tapping in then tapping in it will be but still under warranty so will need to take advice, I was hoping it was unplugged somewhere in between

Thank you for the reply Don, unfortunately the 2019 only has the 2 fuse boxs,

Hope someone can point me in the right direction please, 2019 Connect Van, Having found the 12v Aux loom tapped up to the main loom in the rear o/s panel i decided to order the correct socket 12v socket from Ford. Installed the socket and no power going to it, checked the fuses in the fuse box under the bonnet and they are all there and not blown, Question is where do I have to check now
