Folding middle seats on a 2023 Transit Connect passenger wagon. Just bought and picked up a brand new 2023 passenger wagon yesterday. The sales person was demonstrating how to fold the seats down for more cargo room. When putting the seats back upright there was quite a struggle to get the middle seats back up. With a lot of effort the smaller middle seat was eventually repositioned but the larger middle seat could not be. We took the car home and I tried to get the seat back up today to no avail. In fact I put the smaller middle seat back down to the flat position but although I could get both seats up to the seating position I could not get either back rest up. I pulled as hard as I could on the shoulder lever but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem?
