I have a Ford Transit Custom 2013 and I have recently changed the alternator, I haven't driven the vehicle for around a month now and I cannot gain access to my vehicle, the key fob isn't working on both of my keys and the lock on my vehicles is also spinning I have checked to see if there is a voltage present in the system there is 12.1 volts, I have checked all the fuses in the engine bay which are all fine, im confused now on how I would regain access, would I need to get a specialist out and get them to regain access? I need urgent help.
