Hello?

Just installed an Alpine ilx-650. Double Din Works great sounds great, just won’t fully turn off. Button stay lit. I have same radio in my Mercedes Sprinter and same thing. I think it has to do with a can bus signal or something. I can easily pull the fuse in the sprinter , the TC not so much. I’ve searched on here with not much success. I also have a 2014 TC and think I will run into same problem with this one.. Any help is greatly appreciated...
