8,000 miles on a 2019 TC XL cargo (bought new March 2020). The van recently started a very rough D shift 2-1 and rough U shift 1-2. My Ford Dealership (where I bought TC) acknowledges a problem with the transmission. They cleared adaptive transmission memory - no fix. Was told by the dealership service tech that they contacted Ford Engineering for a fix and Ford acknowledged a chronic issue with TC transmission. Ford Engineering said they have not figured out a fix for the problem, but working on it - they will not authorize a new transmission. Meeting with the dealer tomorrow. Any advice on how to proceed with dealership and Ford Engineering? It appears that the dealer will not step up as an advocate for the problem.
Much appreciated.
