  1. May i add this bit of advise. Remove that #@%^! yellow button/switch from the back door. You will bump it and it will lock you out! My little yellow button was introduced to the fire pit last summer along with a few colorful metaphors . Also, this vehicle unlocks and locks when IT wants to. You may think you have control but you don't. You never will. Take your spare key, remove the electronic fob, and zip tie the key blade under the vehicle for quick and easy retrieval. Give your wife, girlfriend, dog, fish...whatever, the fob for safe keeping. Now you have control.
  2. Well I put new tires on my 2010 TC two weeks ago. With 55,000 miles they were toast. I Thought the loud pulsating noise were the tires....nope. Front left bearing and right center shaft bearing. I can't even see out of my side mirrors because of the vibration is so bad! Took it into the dealer and Ford is covering the cost. Whew, just made it within the warranty time frame. Found out that the front wheel bearings are being re-engineered. Hum, no recall? Anybody been down this road yet?
  3. I burned up the stock Continentals at 55,000 miles on my 2010 TC. I've replaced them with Michelin X-Ice. WOW! What a difference. Last winter I was getting stuck in 3 inches of snow . Now I'm plowing a path in alleys!! Incredible tires. I carry about 2000 pounds worth of equipment and the sidewalls don't even bulge. Although I do get a little wiggly wiggly feel down the highway..... I'll pull these tires off come spring, to save them for next winter, and put on some low profiles to get that slot car feel back ...but till then, bring on the snow baby!! Michelin X-Ice, two thumbs and a toe up. :D
